Omega Geneve

A clean 1969 Omega Genève fitted with the respected Omega caliber 565 automatic movement. This was part of Omega’s higher-grade everyday lineup at the time — simple, reliable chronometer-level engineering without the extra price of a Constellation. The watch has the classic day-date layout at 3 o’clock, with quick-set date function via the crown. Inside is the well known 24-jewel Omega 565, one of Omega’s best automatic movements from the 550 family. Smooth winding, strong torque, and easy to service — watchmakers like these for a reason. Stainless steel case measures about 35mm without crown, which wears very well for a vintage piece. The dial shows honest age and light patina that suits the watch nicely. Nothing overdone, just a good looking vintage Omega that still feels authentic to the era. This particular watch has been fully serviced — movement disassembled, cleaned, lubricated with proper oils, then regulated so it runs strong and stable. The case has been cleaned and the watch presents very well with period-correct aftermarket beads-of-rice bracelet overall. A solid vintage Omega from the late 1960s — not flashy, just a proper mechanical watch with real Swiss engineering behind it. Runs well and ready for another few decades on the wrist.
